We cordially invite you to submit your papers to the IEEE-approved third version of the conference 2023 International Conference on Emerging Trends in Networks and Computer Communications (ETNCC). The conference will be organised by UNESCO Chair on Secure High-performance Computing for Higher Education and Research, Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST) in a hybrid mode (Physical + Virtual) from August 16 to 18, 2023, at the NUST, Windhoek, Namibia
The 2023 ETNCC conference is technically co-sponsored by the IEEE South Africa section and supported by IEEE Region 8.
The 2023 ETNCC conference provides a common platform for pioneering academic researchers, scientists, industrial engineers, and students to share their views and achievements and propose technologies in the field of HPC Applications, Smart communication, Big Data: Infrastructure and Analytics and cyber security.
Publication
All submitted papers will be double‐blind reviewed. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
